Good Shepherd Home

PERTUBUHAN KEBAJIKAN ANAK ANAK YATIM GEMBALA BAIK (Good Shepherd Home) is a social concern and caring community center located at Lot 1437 Jalan Bali, N /V Buntong 30100 Ipoh Perak. We started in September 2002 to help children who are abounded, orphaned or abused with the aim of helping them grow into wholesome adults in a nurturing, accepting environment. Most of these children have been battered physically, emotionally, and mentally and are left to face a bleak future and with life’s challenge.

Illiterated children who have never been to school before could now read and write, after attending skill classes.

We really need funds to purchase a new van. Our current vans have capacities for 12 and 16 each, and they are second-hand vans that would always break down. Repair and maintenance bills come up to at least RM1,000.00 per month. It is totally inconvenient for our 46 of our people currently to share seats in the two vans for outings.

We really hope our humble petition to reach your attention. The children will be very happy if our petitions be fulfilled. Thank you very much.
