Contact the organization through its confirmed channel. Charity Malaysia never holds donations.
Current needs, not click counts.
Every public request must be confirmed by an organization representative and approved. A need drops out of discovery when its confirmation or requested-by date expires.
If an organization reports that a need was fulfilled, we label it as organization-reported. Opening WhatsApp or sending a message is not counted as confirmed help.
