Organization profiles, identity or registration evidence, official contact channels, and individual needs are checked separately. Public pages explain which checks were completed and when.

A freshness rule for every need
A representative reconfirms standard needs every 14 days and urgent needs every 24 hours. The requested-by deadline also limits how long a need appears. Public searches check both dates on every request.

Charity Malaysia does not collect, hold, or process donations. Financial support links go only to an organization’s independently checked official channel.
Report a concern
Every profile and need has a report form. Serious reports go to manual review; a single report does not automatically suspend an organization.
