This notice describes data stored by the current prototype.
Information collected
Organization applications store profile details, contact sources, and the applicant’s name and email. Public reports store a reason, a short description, and an optional email. We do not collect payment or donor details.
How it is used
Application information is used for review and profile setup. Reports help administrators investigate accuracy and safety. A representative’s account identity is used to authorize access to an organization.
Access and storage
Applications and reports are not public. Structured records are stored in a D1 database. The operator must set retention and deletion procedures before public launch.
